About our Collection
When Stephanie founded With These Rings in 2012 it was as a make your own wedding band workshop and that is still what we specialize in. Over the years countless messages came in from people who loved the idea, but are unable to come to the WTR studio to make their own rings. More and more couples began requesting custom sets. Now With These Rings is happy to offer a collection of basic bands for couples who would like a set of finely crafted, handmade rings. Each ring is made from 100% recycled metal in our Port Townsend Studio on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington.

With These Rings has become a family business over the years. Stephanie and her husband Brandt now work together to create this collection of wedding bands, which is fitting since it was their set of wedding bands that initially sparked the business.
When my husband and I got married, I knew that I wanted our rings to be handmade and meaningful. My husband suggested that we make each others. As a jeweler and teacher I was up for the challenge... We worked together in a totally new way the day we made our rings and that became such a special memory in preparing to get married.
Stephanie Selle began her training as a jeweler with an apprenticeship then went on to study jewelry in college and received her BFA in metals from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. After college Stephanie moved to Seattle where she started her own line of jewelry and became a jewelry instructor at North Seattle College where she fell in love with teaching. In 2012 she found a way to combine her passion of teaching with her appreciation of beautifully handcrafted heirlooms and has focused on With These Rings ever since.
Brandt Selle never would have picked up a torch or saw had he not met Stephanie, since like many boys, he had little to no interest in jewelry. After making Stephanie's wedding ring it became clear that he was a natural. With his impeccable attention to detail and background in visual arts it should not have been a surprise. When Stephanie was ready to bring in a studio assistant she had to look no further than across the dinner table. Now they work side by side, hammering and carefully polishing heirloom quality wedding bands for other couples.
Ace and Chopper Selle are not natural jewelers so they lead the team in morale.
We look forward to creating a handmade wedding band just for you. Please contact us with any questions.
