FAQ

Q: What is the easiest way to figure out my ring size at home?

A: Unfortunately fingers are tricky, most people notice that their ring size can change from season to season, day to day, or even morning to night, so it is important to get it just right.  We strongly recommend having your ring size measured by a professional jeweler more than once before to placing your order. We will create your ring in the size that you request but if after wearing your ring you start to notice that the fit is not quite right we are happy to offer one complimentary resize, up or down, within a half size on any of our rings.  Find more information on our resizing policy here.

Q: How long will it take for me to get my ring?

A: Your band will be custom made just for you and will take 4-6 weeks to create. Please consider this time frame when choosing your shipping method. If you need your ring sooner please contact us to inquire about rush order availability.
