Ring Size & Resizing

We strongly recommend having your ring size measured by a professional jeweler more than once before placing your order. Most people notice that their ring size can change from season to season, day to day, or even morning to night.  If after wearing your ring you start to notice that the fit is not quite right we are happy to offer one complimentary resize, up or down, up to half size on any of our rings. Please note that resizing an engraved ring may change the appearance of the lettering. 

  • Complimentary resize is offered for up to a full year from purchase date.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping to and from. 
  • Please contact us before sending your ring to us to be sized. 

 

Time Frame, Rush Orders & Shipping

Your band will be made just for you and will take 4-6 weeks to create. Please consider this time frame when choosing your shipping method. If you need your ring sooner please contact us to inquire about rush order availability.

  • Priority Mail USPS (with tracking, insurance and signature confirmation) $12
  • FedEx 2-Day (with tracking, insurance and signature confirmation) $30

Be sure to double check your mailing address at checkout as we are unable to reroute shipments. After signed for With These Rings cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Daily Wear & Repairs

Daily wear is normal and you should expect your band will age with time. Consider how durable you would like your ring to be when choosing which metal you would like. These links will provide information that will help you make an informed decision:

With all of that said no precious metal is indestructible. If at anytime your ring is damaged and requires a repair, please contact us and we will provide you with a quote.

 

RETURNS

Due to the limited production nature of our business each ring is custom made to order so we are unable to offer returns. However we do stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry so in the unlikely event that there is an issue with the quality of your band please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your ring and we will be more than happy to assess the issue and exchange your ring for one of equal value.

  • Items will only be considered for an exchange after you have contacted us within 5 business days of receipt. 
  • Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for an exchange.
  • Items to be exchanged must be in like new condition and returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

 

We do want all of our customers to love their bands so please be sure to take your time when picking out the one that you would like and ask us any questions you might have.
