Port Townsend Film Festival

From September 19th - September 22nd, watch movies, documentaries, and shorts throughout many Port Townsend venues with the Port Townsend Film Festival. The festival features events like films with the filmmaker attending, interviews with actors and directors, and a special fim selected by author Cheryl Strayed along with an on-stage interview. On Saturday evening at 7:30pm, cult classic Groundhog Day, will be playing outdoors on Taylor Street. You can purchase a variety of passes, $100 pass lets you see six films and is shareable and the $220 pass lets you see unlimited films and is not shareable. Click here for tickets.

Jefferson County Farm Tour

The Jefferson County Farm Tour is one of my favorite ways to explore, learn more about the farming community in the region, and meet our local farmers. Farms on the tour include fiber farms, wineries & cideries, vegetable fields & apple orchards, and even a yak farm! The tour runs on September 21st and 22nd from 10am to 4pm. Click here to see participating farms.

Tequila Tuesdays and Whiskey Wednesday at The Castle

The Castle, located in the haunted and famous Manresa Castle, has a wide selection of tequila and mezcal for you to try on Tuesday evenings and whiskeys, scotches and bourbons on Wednesday nights. They have two different flights with unique selections on each evening, respectively. As you sip on your tequilas or whiskeys, savor Asian-inspired tapas or big plates like shrimp chips or pork sliders. The Castle is open daily from 3pm to 11pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 11pm.
