COVID-19 Precautions
Washington state and Jefferson County have lifted the mask requirements for businesses. My plan is to continue to ensure that my clients feel safe and comfortable while in my studio. I am grateful that my business model sets me up to work with one couple per day, so I can meet individual needs and comfort levels for each couple when it comes to masking.
I will continue following CDC recommendations personally and in my studio.
If you have COVID at the time of your scheduled workshop please let me know so that we can reschedule your workshop. If you have symptoms or a known exposure please use the CDC's calculator to determine how to proceed.
I have set up box fans to help circulate the air and my studio has nice big windows that can be opened.
There is plenty of room for social distancing. However there are some steps that require us to be fairly close. Please let me know if I am ever too close for your comfort.
As always, my workshops are private instruction so it will just be me and the two of you.
I am always happy to test ahead of a workshop for clients who are or care for someone who is immunocompromised, neutropenic, or at higher risk.
Port Townsend/ Jefferson County has the oldest median age in the state, so our county’s has been on the more cautious side. Some restaurants, shops, and other businesses may still require masks and/or proof of vaccination. Please be respectful of local business owners and employees while visiting the area.
