First: Think about your Rings

A great place to begin is by giving some thought to the rings that you want to make, exchange, and wear for the rest of your lives (no pressure!) There are many ways to customize your rings. But don't feel like you have to add more just because you can. Simple bands are just as meaningful as more elaborate designs. Sharing the experience of making your rings together really makes them one of a kind.

It can be helpful to look around online or at a jewelry store to try rings on. You can start by collecting photos of what you like. From there I can make sure that your ideas are doable. Just remember that some styles will come and go. While your ring doesn’t have to be “timeless” give some thought to what you might want to see on your hand 10, 20, 50 years from now.
