Deposit Policy

A non-refundable $700 deposit is required to secure your workshop date and is applied to your final invoice. This deposit allows me to begin the process of sourcing the metal for your rings.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule, your full $700 deposit will be applied toward a future booking with no expiration. Giving me 2.5 weeks notice when possible allows me the opportunity to rebook your spot, which I truly appreciate. I understand that illness and emergencies don't always allow for that kind of notice and I will always do my best to work with you.

Please note that multiple reschedules may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Refunds are not issued for cancellations.

In the rare event that I need to reschedule on my end, the same policy applies. Your full deposit will always be applied to your new date. In over 13 years and more than 1,500 couples, I have had to reschedule fewer than 10 times.

If you have no flexibility around rescheduling whatsoever, please keep this policy in mind before booking. I want everyone who walks into my studio to feel good about their experience at every step.
