Valentine’s Sweetheart Soak
A saltwater soak in a private tub at Soak on the Sound is one Port Townsend’s most romantic experiences.
From February 8th till February 17th, Soak is offering a special Valentine’s Sweetheart Soak including a private tub for two, champagne, organic chocolates, and a post-soak skin serum. $80/couple, reservations required.

Shakespeare in Love in the Starlight Room
Shakespeare in Love, one of our favorites(!), will be playing at the historic Rose Theatre’s Starlight Room (21+) on Valentine’s Day. Tickets are limited and are selling fast. Enjoy a craft cocktail and delicious snacks or a meal from The Silverwater Cafe as you snuggle up on one of the theatre’s love seats or couches with your valentine!
Not in town on Valentine’s Day? The Starlight Room is dreamy no matter the day, or holiday, so be sure to enjoy dinner with a movie and check out what’s coming soon to the Rose!

Red Wine, Cider, & Chocolate Tour
Red wine, chocolate, and cider...three of favorites and we’re so glad it’s that time of year to tour the local wineries & cideries to enjoy all three. The tour includes tastings and chocolates at each location and costs $40/person.
The self-guided tour takes place two weekends in February, the 9th & 10th and the 16th & 18th. Participating venues will be open from 11am to 5pm each day and include Eaglemount Winery & Cidery, Harbinger Winery, Fairwinds Winery, Finnriver Cidery, Marrowstone Vineyards, Windrose Cellars, Camaraderie Cellars, Olympic Cellars, and Port Townsend Vineyards.
Many of these cideries/wineries are close to Port Townsend and can be visited outside of the tour dates. If you’re looking to stay close to town, we recommend visiting Eaglemount, Finnriver, Marrowstone Vineyards, and Port Townsend Vineyards.

Valentine’s Dinner on the Farm
Celebrate Valentine’s Day with an extra special dinner from the fabulous Ajax Cafe on Finnriver Farm with sweeping views of the Chimacum Valley.
Ajax Cafe is preparing a seasonal menu with options from both land and sea paired with Finnriver’s craft ciders. And if you already have Valentine’s Day reservations, have no fear...this is a two night event! Thursday, 2/14 and Friday 2/15 from 5:30pm - 8:00pm.

Guided Nighttime Beach Walk
Join the PT Marine Science Center nighttime low-tide walk at Port Townsend’s beautiful North Beach! North Beach is known for its abundant beach glass and marine activity.
The guided walk is free (donations accepted) and takes place on Monday, February 18th from 7pm - 8:30pm. The PT Marine Science Center recommends bringing a flashlight and weather appropriate clothing. RSVP to Marley Loomis at mloomis@ptmsc.org or call (360) 385-5582 x 115.
